Huddersfield Lions Tree Climb Challenge 2018

The Tree Climb Challenge is a new event on 29 July 2018 for 8 to 16 year olds.

We have selected suitably tall trees in Beaumont Park for you to climb and there will be a bell at the top to ring!

You will wear a harness and hard hat and be supervised all the time by staff from Askham Bryan College, York.  This will ensure you are completely safe.

The Friends of Beaumont Park have offered us lots of support.  Their café will be open for the sale of hot and cold drinks and snacks and you will be joining a special celebration in the park for Yorkshire Day.  Last year, there were 4,000 visitors.

How can I enter?

Through the Eventbrite website or through an Entry Form obtainable from Judith Richardson, mandjrichardson72@gmail.com

Entry is £7.50, or £10 on the day.

You can get sponsors to donate to your chosen charity or good cause, either for the number of times you climb the tree or ring the bell.
